We have four levels of experience at Head Quarters. They are Designer, Master, Artistic and Next Generation.

Artistic Directors - Completed hq advance academy including programs in hair cutting, Aveda hair color, texture techniques and hairstyling. Attended Aveda advanced programs in hair care recommendations, Salon trends, advanced cutting and advanced hair color techniques. 85% and above booking request.

Master Stylists - Completed hq advance academy including programs in hair cutting, Aveda hair color, texture techniques and hairstyling. Attended Aveda advanced programs in hair care recommendations, Salon trends, advanced cutting and advanced hair color techniques. 75% booking request.

Designer Stylists - Completed hq advance academy including programs in hair cutting, Aveda hair color, texture techniques and hairstyling. Attended Aveda advanced programs in hair care recommendations, Salon trends, advanced cutting and advanced hair color techniques. 65% booking request.

Next Generation - Recently completed cosmetology program & licensed by the state board of cosmetology. Completed hq advance academy including programs in hair cutting, Aveda hair color, texture techniques and hairstyling

Salon Coaches - Artistic Director and Master Stylist levels who have completed all hair design programs and coach programs through Aveda to train hq advanced academy students. Attend coach jams every spring and fall bringing back the latest hair trends for the season.
